The Client will be responsible for payment of a
non-refundable deposit in the amount of $200 or 30% of fare to guarantee
service. Service is NOT contractually reserved until Driver For Hire
receives the deposit and the signed contract. It is further agreed that
any balance due to Driver For Hire by the Client will be
paid in full prior to boarding of the vehicle
for scheduled run. Deposit is non-refundable if cancellation is made
within 10 business days of the event.
Client and guest understand and agree to no
smoking, drugs or any other illegal substance, and underage consumption
of alcohol is NOT allowed. Client is responsible for his/her guests
in every aspect to this agreement. Client assumes full financial responsibility
for any damages to the vehicle or property by client or party whether
by accident, neglect, or intent (A minimum of $100.00 fee will be added
if damages occur). Client assumes responsibility for any overtime fees
and authorizes credit card charges to cover all costs due and not collected
at the end of charter. Our company and the drivers assume no responsibility
for any articles left in the vehicle at any time. The chauffeur has
the right to terminate rental at any time due to any type of verbal
or physical assault risking the safety of the driver and/or passengers.
At the chauffeur’s discretion, the customer agrees to be fully liable
on the following charges should they occur:

Extensive clean up (Spills, etc)
3. $100 ..............................
Smoking Violation Fee
4. $250 ..............................
Shampooing and Disinfecting (Due to Sickness)
5. $200 ..............................
For each burn hole or tear to upholstery
6. $100 ..............................
Minimum for each and any act of vandalism
7. Driver may terminate the charter without refund
should he/she deem client or party unruly or violating safe operation
of the vehicle.
8. Our company assumes no responsibility for illegal
acts of client or party during rental.
9. A 25-minute grace period shall be established
for a late arrival of your vehicle due to weather, traffic or other
mechanical failures. Any late time will be made up, if possible, at
the end of your service. Service shall be rescheduled in the event that
the weather does not allow vehicle to operate safely.
